We offer refunds or replacements only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. Buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders due to customer errors are not eligible for refunds.

  2. Provide Evidence: Include a clear photo showing the issue along with your order details.

  3. Review: We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is confirmed to be a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
